摘要
目的 :了解广东省省直医疗机构注册护士的现状 ,在现状研究的基础上进行评价和分析 ,提出相应的建议标准和对策。方法 :描述性研究的基础上进行评价分析。材料 :2 0 0 2年广东省省直医疗机构护士注册申请表 ,中国卫生年鉴和广东省卫生统计年鉴等。结果 :广东省省直医疗机构注册护士队伍整体年龄较年轻 ;结构不合理 ,其整体职称和整体学历水平较低 ;聘用合同制护士呈上升趋势。对策 :建议相关部门采取措施 ,尽快提高注册护士的整体学历水平和职称水平 ;建议广东省扩大护理专业本科生和专科生的培养规模和招生人数 ;鼓励注册护士通过夜大学和自学考试等途径在职提高学历水平。
Objective: To study the current situation of the registered nurses (RNs) in the health institutions under the health bureau of Guangdong Province. Based on this situation, provide suggestions and countermeasures accordingly. Materials: Application forms of all RNs, health statistic annual books, etc. Results: There is no obvious nursing shortage in quantity demand, but there is structural imbalance in both educational qualifications and technical titles of the RNs.The trend of hiring contracted RNs is increasing. Suggestion: It is suggested that attentions should be paid to the nurse structural imbalance. Attempts should be made to promote the educational level and technical titles of RNs. Government and universities should increase enrollment of nursing students in BSN program and tertiary diploma program in order to satisfy the social demand on RNs with higher educational qualifications. At the same time, RNs should advance their educational qualifications by continuing nursing education.
