金属硫蛋白(MT)表达水平与乳腺癌的预后 被引量:2

摘要 目的 研究MT在乳腺癌中的表达水平及其与预后的关系。方法 采用免疫组化S -P法 ,检测 91例乳腺癌中MT的表达水平 ,并结合随访资料进行分析。结果 MT主要在细胞核及细胞浆表达 ,癌组织中总阳性率 83 .5 %。MT表达阴性组 3、5年生存率分别为 93 %和 86% ,弱阳性组分别为 88%和 83 % ,阳性组分别为 72 %和 60 % ,强阳性组分别为 62 %和 5 5 % ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。多因素Logistic回归分析提示 ,MT表达具有独立预后价值 ,即表达水平越高 ,预后越差。结论 MT表达水平可作为判断乳腺癌预后的可靠指标。 Objective To study the expression level of MT in breast cancer and its correlation to prognosis.Methods In 91 breast carcinoma patients,MT was examined immunohistochemically and the prognosis was evaluated by retrospective analysis combined with follow up data.Results MT was found in the nuclear and cytoplasm with a total positive rate of 83.5% in tumor tissue.The 3 and 5 year survival rate of patients with negative MT expression was 93% and 86% respectively and that of the patients with weakly positive MT expression was 88% and 83% respectively.In contrast,the patients with positive MT expression was 72% and 60%,and of the patients with strongly positive MT expression was 62% and 55%,respectively.The survival rates among the 4 groups were statistically different.Multivariate survival anlaysis by Logistic regression showed that MT expression level was a risky prognostic factor for breast cancer.Conclusion The expression level of MT is an independent prognostic factor in breast cancer.
