木槿提取工艺及抗氧化作用研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用超声提取、过滤、浓缩将木槿叶的有效成分提取,经过大孔树脂吸附、洗脱、分离纯化,通过紫外分光光度法测定总酚含量。采用单因素实验、正交试验考察各种因素对总酚提取率的影响。实验表明:当使用超声波辅助提取时,木槿叶提取总酚在温度为70℃、配料比为1:50、乙醇浓度为50%、提取时间为50分钟时效果最佳;抗氧化作用也随着总酚浓度的增加而增加,具有很明显的线性关系,对DPPH自由基清除作用很强。 The paper by ultrasonic extraction, filtration, concentration of Hibiscus leaf effective components extracted, by macroporous adsorption resin adsorption, elution, the isolated flavonoids. The absorbanee was measured by UV spectrophotometer. The total phenolic content and antioxidant capacity were calculated and analyzed. The effects of various factors on the extraction rate of flavonoids were investigated by single factor experiment and orthogonal test. Experiments show that when using ultrasonic assisted extraction and Hibiscus syriacus L. leaves extraction flavonoids in temperature is 70℃, the ratio of raw materials for 1:50, ethanol concentration for 50%, extraction time is 50 minutes best effect; and antioxidant effect also with flavonoids concentration increase and increase, has obvious linear relation; the flavonoids on DPPH free radical scavenging effect strong and on superoxide radical scavenging role generally stronger.
