硒对心肌线粒体机能影响的研究Ⅲ.硒对大鼠心肌线粒体^(45)Ca摄取影响的动态观察

摘要 本文用克山病病区低硒和补硒饲料分别饲养大鼠,动态观察喂养1、2、3个月时硒对动物心肌线粒体^(45)Ca摄取的影响,结果表明低硒饲料可显著降低各月大鼠心肌线粒体的钙摄取,并且随喂养月份的增加降低得越来越显著。提示克山病病区低硒饲料使动物心肌线粒体钙含量升高的机理不在于钙摄取的增加,而可能与其钙释放的障碍有关。 Since Ca accumulation in myocardial mitochondria matrix has been reported in patient of Keshan disease, we investigated dynamically the effect of Se on uptake of 45Ca bymyocardial mitochondria in rats reared separately with a Se-low diet and the same diet supplemented with Se for 1, 2 and 3 months. Results showed that the uptake of 45Ca of myocardial mitochondria were lower in Se-low rats than in Se-supplemented rats. The longer (from 1 to 3 months) the rats were reared, thd more remarkable the differences were between the two groups. the results suggested that calcium accumulation of myocardial mitochondria matrix in Se deficient animals probably is not caused by the increase of Ca uptake, but might be due to the decrease of Ca release from mitochondria.
