摘要
复方丹参与辅酶Q_(10)对心肌线粒体琥珀酸脱氢酶活力有影响,本文结果表明,复方丹参和辅酶Q_(10)均使心肌线粒体琥珀酸脱氢酶活力升高,说明复方丹参与辅酶Q_(10)对心肌有明显的保护作用。
This paper reported myocardial damage of rats with isoprotcrenol and we used compound radix salviae mitiorrhizae(CRSM)and ubiquinone-10 to protect myocardial tissus. And then we determined the succinodehydrogenase activty in myocardial tissue and mitochondria. The experimental results showed that CRSM and ubiquinone-10 are able to raise the activity of the succinodehydrogenase, They have the protective effect on myocardium.
