低硒鼠cAMP、cGMP水平的变化及缺血损害的影响

摘要 本实验用克山病区低硒粮(低硒组)、病区粮加硒(加硒组)及本校动物中心常?饲料(常规饲料组)分别喂养大白鼠,观察心肌和血浆cAMP、cGMP水平的变化以及结扎冠状动脉对它们的影响。结果表明:低硒组心肌和血浆cAMP含量比常规饲料组明显减少(P<0.01),病区粮中加硒使心肌cAMP水平接近常规饲料组,各组鼠结扎冠脉后缺血区心肌cAMP均高于非缺血区(P<0.05)。加硒组、常规饲料组缺血区与非缺血区心肌cAMP和cGMP之差值小于低硒组。缺硒、缺血时,心肌cGMP变化与cAMP相反。 We fed rats with Se-deficient grains from Keshandiscased area (Se-low group), the same grain supple-mented with selenium (Se-supplement group) and stockdiet (stock dict group) respectively. Changes of cAMPand cGMP contents in myocardium and plasma and in-fluence of coronary artery ligation were observed Theresulsts showed that myocardial and plasma cAMPwere significantly lower in the Se-low group than instock diet group (P<0.01). Se-deficient dict was sup-plemented with sodium selenite, myocardial cAMP wasincreased to level of stock diet group. Aftercoronary artery ligation in various group, cAMP inischemic hearts was markedly higher than nonischemiczoncs (P<0.05). The differences of myocardiumcAMP and cGMP beteen ischemic zones andnonischemic zones from Se-supplement group, stock di-et group was less than that in the Se-low group.Changes of myocardial cGMP content in Se-deficientand ischernia was contrary to changes of cAMP.
