基于CDIO-OBE教育理念的《特种加工技术》课程改革探究

摘要 在智能制造快速发展的当下,传统高职《特种加工技术》课程问题凸显,如理论实践脱节、教师工程能力欠缺、评价体系和教材内容滞后等。CDIO模式注重“做中学”,OBE聚焦学生能力达成,二者融合能形成“目标导向-项目驱动-持续改进”的全新教学架构模式。基于此理念,文章提出改革路径:用SEM模型提升教师工程实践能力;重构模块化课程,实现从理论到实践的递进;设计涵盖构思、设计、实现、运作的四阶段项目化教学;构建“三维五度十点”动态评价体系,达成全过程、多维度、发展性评价。文章期望借此为高职工程教育改革提供有益的参考。 Amid the rapid advance of intelligent manufacturing,the traditional vocational-college course"Special Machining Technology"is beset by problems:theory is divorced from practice,instructors lack up-to-date engineering competence,and both assessment methods and textbook content lag behind industry needs.The CDIO framework stresses"learning-by-doing",while Outcomes-Based Education(OBE)focuses on demonstrable student competencies;integrating the two yields a new instructional architecture that is"goal-oriented,project-driven and continuously improved".Guided by this hybrid model,the paper proposes a reform route:to use the SEM model to upgrade teachers'engineering practice capacity;to restructure the curriculum into progressive modules that spiral from theory to practice;to design a four-stage(Conceive-Design-Implement-Operate)project-based teaching cycle;to build a"three-dimensional,fi ve-degree,ten-point"dynamic assessment system that delivers whole-process,multi-dimensional and developmental evaluation.The work aims to provide a referential blueprint for engineering-education reform in higher vocational colleges.
