核电汽轮机停机后快速冷却过程的评价与优化研究

摘要 核电机组由于热容量大,大修停机自然冷却耗时较长,影响经济性和大修时间的问题,因而探索一种可以有效缩短冷却时间的方法显得尤为重要。某核电厂在第五次大修中采取若干措施使得机组冷却时间缩减30 h左右。为验证行动的有效性并探究其原理,通过对比分析历次大修停运过程参数,将机组冷却过程进行阶段划分,并对其温度变化进行归纳,阐释了温度变化背后的影响因素,然后通过机理来验证各项措施,识别出各措施的有效性和不足之处。由此可以明确该机组第五次大修停机冷却过程加快的直接原因是导气管法兰的解体工作。对后续应如何科学地加快机组冷却过程提出了建议。 The nuclear power unit has improved demand due to long-capacity,economic and reduced overhaul time due to its heat capacity.In order to speed up the cooling,a plant took several measures in the 5th overhaul to reduce the cooling time by about 30 hours.In order to verify the effectiveness of action and inquiry principle,this paper combines the comparative analysis of the leading overturning process parameters,and the important phase of the demarcation is summarized,explaining the influencing factors behind the temperature change,and then through the mechanism Verify measures to identify the effectiveness and deficiencies of each measures.This makes it possible to clarify the direct cause of the 5th largest downtime cooling process in the unit that is the disintegration of the guiding tube flange.The follow-up should be scientifically accelerated into the unit cooling process,which also proposes some suggestions and the development direction.
