摘要
利用高温空气快速冷却汽轮机具有可观的经济效益。应用新型的温度、流量可调的快速冷却空气生产设备——高温空气发生装置,生产高温空气用于冷却汽轮机。并以某300MW汽轮机为例,利用Matlab计算了汽缸冷却过程方案,分析了冷却分段间隔、汽缸与冷却空气温差和冷却空气流量等控制参数对冷却时间的影响,进而得出在许用应力条件下最优快速冷却曲线。
Quickly cooling with hot air obliged passing through the steam path after shutting down can produce considerable economic effect. A new equipment was applied to manufacture a kind of hot air, which the temperature and flow rate of hot air can be adjusted. Making a 300 MW steam turbine as an example,the steam forced cooling process was analyzed based on the Matlab software. Through researching the influence of temperature and flow rate,it reaches a positive forced cooling way that can reduce cooling time and comply with the cooling requirement.
