核电汽轮机冷端系统设计对运行的影响分析

摘要 汽轮机冷端设计优化是核电厂初步设计中的一项重要内容,通常结合新建核电厂址的取排水条件和工程投资成本,开展汽轮机冷端系统多种配置方案的经济性比选分析。由于汽轮机实际运行在某一稳定工况下,整机性能受低压末级叶片排汽余速损失的变化影响较大,因而冷端系统设备参数选取是决定机组运行经济性和安全性的关键因素。通过汽轮机低压缸选型及冷端设备配置方案优化分析,在汽轮机实际运行中有效利用冷端设备进行季节性参数调节,减少汽轮机排汽背压偏离最佳值,以确保机组在全年负荷区间内具有良好的运行经济性。在工程设计阶段需要以实现机组季节性变倍率运行为目标进行汽轮机冷端系统设备配置设计方案优选。 The cold-end design optimization of the turbine is an important content in the preliminary design of the nuclear power plant.Usually,combined with the water intake and drainage conditions and engineering investment costs of the site for new built constructed nuclear power plant site,it is carried out which the economic comparison analysis of various configuration proposal in the cold-end system of the turbine.Because the actual operation of the turbine is under a certain stable working conditions,the performance of the whole turbine is greatly affected by the residual speed loss of the low pressure exhaust at last blades.Therefore,the selection of cold-end system equipment parameters is a key factor in determining the economy and safety of the unit.Through the optimization analysis of the low-pressure cylinder selection and cold-end equipment configuration proposal of the turbine,in the actual turbine operation condition,it must be effectively utilized the cold-end equipment for seasonal parameters adjusting to reduce deviation of the optimal value of the turbine exhaust back pressure.Make sure that there is a good operating economy at the whole year of all load range.It is the purpose which is achieved by seasonal variable circulation ratio to optimize the design proposal of turbine cold-end system equipment configuration.
