摘要
东禽1号麻鸡配套系是针对我国北方特别是黄淮海地区的优质肉鸡生产和消费需求培育的高效节粮型黄羽肉鸡配套系,于2022年12月通过国家畜禽遗传资源委员会审定。该配套系以琅琊鸡为基本素材,利用杂交合成、基因导入、品系选育等方法,聚合了国内外优秀育种素材的有利基因,具有生产性能优良、肉质和体型外貌符合市场需求等突出优点。该配套系父母代矮小节粮且羽色、脚色双自别雌雄,商品代羽速自别雌雄,其主要生产性能为:父母代66周龄入舍母鸡产蛋数181.5个;父母代母鸡成年体重比正常型小30%~35%,耗料减少25%~30%,产蛋高峰期日耗料118g左右;商品代70日龄出栏,公鸡体重2.50~2.60kg,母鸡体重2.05~2.20kg。东禽1号麻鸡配套系育成后,应用基因组选择等技术持续选育,不断完善育繁推体系和配套技术服务,在山东、河南、安徽等省份得到大量推广应用。
Dongqin No.1 partridge chicken is an efficient and grain-saving yellow-feathered chicken crossbreeding system developed to meet the high-quality meat chicken production and consumption needs in northern China,especially in the Huang-Huai-Hai region.The new variety was approved by the National Commission for Animal Genetic Resources in December 2022.It was bred using Langya chicken as the basic breeding material and introduced the favorable genes from foreign excellent breeds through crossbreeding,genetic inrtogression,and line selection.Key characteristics include:Parent stock achieves 181.5 eggs per hen housed by 66 weeks of age.Parent stock hens exhibit 30%~35%smaller body size and 25%~30%reduced feed consumption compared to standard breeds,with daily feed intake during peak laying period approximately 118 g.Commercial offspring demonstrate clear self-sexing of male and female through feather color/feet color differentiation in parent stock and feather-speed sexing in chicks.Market-ready weights at 70 days:2.50~2.60 kg for cockerels and 2.05~2.20 kg for pullets.In recent years,genomic selection technology has been continuously applied for ongoing improvement,refining the breeding,reproduction,and promotion system along with supporting technical services.It has been widely adopted and implemented in provinces such as Shandong,Henan,and Anhui.
