摘要
为满足市场对优质肉鸡的需求,解决传统广西麻鸡生长速度慢等问题,以地方优异种质资源广西麻鸡、清远麻鸡和峒中矮鸡为育种素材,采用三系配套模式,通过个体选择、家系选择、BLUP选择等技术,历经7个世代系统选育,成功培育出“祝氏麻鸡”黄羽肉鸡配套系。其父母代生产性能:66周龄入舍母鸡产蛋数180个以上,种蛋受精率95.0%以上,孵化率89.0%以上。商品代生产性能:公鸡105日龄体重2000g以上,饲料转化率3.55:1;母鸡体重1700g以上,饲料转化率3.61:1,成活率97.0%以上。该配套系父母代种鸡繁殖性能优良,商品代肉鸡兼具地方鸡肉质优良特性,年推广量超过3000万只。
To address the slow growth rate of traditional Guangxi partridge chicken and to meet the market demand for high-quality meat-type chickens,developed the"Zhushi partridge chicken"crossbreeding system of yellow-feathered meat-type chickens.This breeding program utilized local breeds Guangxi Partridge Chicken,Qingyuan Partridge Chicken,and Dongzhong Dwarf Chicken as genetic resources and employed a three-way crossbreeding system.Over seven generations,systematic selection was carried out using individual selection,family selection,BLUP selection.The breeding performance of the parent stock demonstrated excellent reproductive traits:hens produced more than 180 eggs by 66 weeks of age,with a fertilization rate exceeding 95.0%and a hatchability rate above 89.0%.The commercial generation exhibited good production traits:males reached a body weight of over 2000 g at 105 days with a feed conversion ratio(FCR)of 3.55:1,while females weighed over 1700 g with an FCR of 3.61:1.The survival rate exceeded 97%.This newly developed commercial-generation hybrid combines the superior meat quality of native chicken breeds and The comprehensive performance of the Zhushi partridge chicken has reached an advanced level of slow-growing yellow-feathered chicken crossbreeding systems,with an annual promotion volume reaching 30 million birds.
