摘要
最新发布的《美国膳食指南(2025-2030)》标志着其国家营养政策的重大转向,其核心从“健康饮食模式”调整为“吃真正的食物”,并对蛋白质、脂肪、糖及加工食品提出了颠覆性建议。韩世范教授团队于2023年首次提出的“家庭护士食疗理论”是一种创新性的慢性病食疗理论,在国内已完成“0到1”的概念验证,正迈向“1到N”的规模化应用。本文旨在基于“家庭护士食疗理论”系统解读新版美国膳食指南的科学内涵与实践导向,为全球慢性病防治和“食疗兴农”等本土化健康产业发展提供了重要启示与可借鉴的中国方案。
The newly released Dietary Guidelines for Americans(2025⁃2030)marks a significant shift in the nation's nutrition policy,pivoting from a"healthy eating pattern"to a core emphasis on"eating real food",while introducing transformative recommendations regarding protein,fat,sugar,and processed foods.Professor Han Shifan's team first proposed the"Family Nurse Diet Therapy"in 2023 as an innovative dietary approach for chronic disease management.Having completed the"0 to 1"conceptual validation domestically,it is now advancing toward the"1 to N"stage of scaled application.This article aims to systematically interpret the scientific essence and practical guidance of the Dietary Guidelines for Americans(2025⁃2030)based on the"Family Nurse Diet Therapy",offering important insights and a referential Chinese approach for global chronic disease prevention and the development of localized health industries such as"dietotherapy⁃driven agriculture."
