摘要
综述了常见植源性食物中的非营养素成分在体外和人体研究中对慢性病的影响,探讨了非营养素的强大健康潜力,为家庭护士食疗指数在慢性病饮食管理中的应用提供理论支撑。
This article reviewed the effects of non⁃nutrient components of common plant foods on chronic disease in vitro and human studies,explored the powerful health potential of non⁃nutrients,and provided theoretical support for the use of the family nurse dietary therapy index in the dietary management of chronic diseases.
