摘要
大学承载着服务国家战略需求和推动科技发展的使命,为科技创新提供驱动力,为国家输送专业人才。通过在多轮次研究生培养过程中积极探索提高研究生培养质量的新范式,总结了研究生的培养经验,通过采用不同的方式在研究生培养过程中渗透科学家精神,提高研究生的科创能力并塑造其正确的价值观,起到科研能力培养和思想教育相互促进的目的,育人效果显著。此外,对科学家精神浸润研究生培养过程存在的挑战进行了探讨,以期促使研究生继承和发扬“空天报国”的北航精神,传承北航的“红色基因”,为国家航空航天事业的发展贡献力量。
The university undertakes the mission of serving the country’s strategy and promoting the development of science and technology,which provides the driving force for the country’s delivery of professional talents and scientific and technological innovation.The author summarizes the training experience of graduate students and actively explores new paradigms to improve the quality of graduate students.Using different approaches to infiltrate the scientists’spirit in the training process of graduate students could improve the scientific research capabilities of graduate students and shape correct values,which plays an important role in imparting professional knowledge and ideology.Finally,the challenges of integrating the spirit of scientists into the training process of graduate students are discussed,which aims to encourage graduate students to inherit and carry forward the Beihang’s spirit of“serving the country through aerospace”and contribute to the development of the country’s aerospace industry.
