摘要
在高校全面推动新工科建设与电网加快构建新型电力系统的背景下,新技术、新产业、新经济发展对电气工程类研究生的创新实践能力提出了更高的要求。普通地方类高校受限于学科平台、创新氛围与导师队伍素质,研究生培养质量与社会需求仍存在一定差距。通过分析新工科建设的内涵特点与当前研究生培养存在的问题,提出以科研能力为导向的课程教学改革路径、“电气+”多学科交叉融合协同育人模式,以及产学研用项目驱动的创新实践能力培养策略,在实践应用中取得了较好的效果。
Under the background of promoting emerging engineering education in universities and speeding up the construction of new power systems in power grid companies,the development of new technology,new industry and new economy has put forward higher requirements for electrical engineering graduate students to improve their abilities of innovation and practice.Limited by the discipline platform,innovation atmosphere and the quality of the tutor team,there is still a certain gap between the quality of graduate education and the social demand.By analyzing the connotation and characteristics of emerging engineering education and the problems existing in the current graduate training,this paper puts forward the reform path of the course teaching oriented by scientific research ability,the mode of interdisciplinary integration and collaborative education of"electrical engineering+",and the training strategy of innovation and practice ability driven by industry-university-research-application projects.These measures have achieved good results in practice.
