摘要
本文首先指出应用型高校在培养实践创新型研究生方面存在的问题,概述了国内外关于高质量实践创新型研究生培养的路径与手段,并提出“一核四翼”实践创新型研究生培养路径,即重构课程体系以提升“专业实践能力”,探索学科交叉融合以增强“科技创新能力”,强化产教深度融合以实现“职业胜任能力”,并通过“反馈改进机制”切实提升人才培养质量。这些路径的探索将为应用型高校专业学位研究生的培养实践提供指导,助力培养适应数智时代发展需要、契合行业产业转型升级要求的高层次人才。
This paper first puts forward the problems existing in the training of practical innovative graduate students in application-oriented universities,then summarizes the current approaches and means of training practical innovative graduate students in high quality at home and abroad.It also puts forward the implementation path of“one core and four wings”for training practical innovative graduate students.Specifically,it seeks to enhance students’professional practice abilities through the restructuring of curricula,boost their scientific and technological innovation capabilities via interdisciplinary integration,and strengthen their career readiness through deep industry-education collaboration.Finally,the quality of talent training can be effectively improved through the“feedback improvement mechanism.”The exploration of these paths will guide the training practice of professional degree graduate students in application-oriented universities,and help to train professional talents who meet the development needs of the digital and intelligent era and the requirements of industrial transformation and upgrading.
