城市更新的街道界面策略 于漪教育教学思想研究中心

摘要 街道界面策略在城市更新过程中发挥着激发城市活力、塑造城市形象、提升经济价值的作用。文章梳理了典型街道界面策略的若干种基本类型,并研究街道对城市演化理念的反映。于漪教育教学思想研究中心建于上海中心城区教育与市政遗存交织的城市夹缝中,展现了一种在复杂城市语境中,通过界面设计与建构逻辑推动更新的路径。文章聚焦城市更新语境下的街道策略,探讨该项目如何在既有城市空间结构中实现场地的继承与再生;研究场地历史的延续、建筑构思对非完整场地的批判性介入、拼贴城市理论的应用,以及混凝土建构在城市尺度上的表达。文章提出,该项目的建筑构思是对“教育精神”“城市空间”“建构逻辑”的多重回应,为理解建筑与城市关系提供了完型性、人性化两个层面的思考。 Street interface strategies play a crucial role in urban regeneration by stimulating urban vitality,shaping the city's image,and enhancing economic value.This paper identifies several fundamental types of typical street interface strategies and examines how streets reflect broader concepts of urban evolution.The Research Centre for Yu Yi Educational Thought,located within an urban interstice in central Shanghai where educational and municipal residues intersect,demonstrates a pathway for advancing regeneration through interface design and tectonic logic within a highly complex urban context.Focusing on street strategies in the setting of urban regeneration,this study explores how the project achieves continuity and renewal within the existing spatial structure of the city.It investigates the site's historical persistence,the building's critical intervention in an incomplete site,the application of collage-city theory,and the expression of concrete tectonics at an urban scale.The paper argues that the architectural conception of the project constitutes a multifaceted response to"educational spirit,""urban space,"and"tectonic logic,"offering new insights into the relationship between architecture and the city on both the compositional and humancentered levels.
