摘要
介绍以有限理性、弹性控制为主要特征的美国城市设计导则内容。进而通过中美两国相关内容比照,揭示目前我国导则建设中存在的引导针对性弱、管理依据性差等不足;并结合国情挖掘原因,提出我国未来导则建设的发展思路。
This paper introduces the American urban design guideline featured by bound ration and flexible control. Then by comparing the urban design guideline of China with that of America, it reveals the deficiencies of China＇s urban design guideline such as lack of pertinence and administration gist. Then it analyzes the causes of the deficiencies based on China＇s current situations and makes proposals for further development of China＇s urban design guideline.
