摘要
目的探讨针刺联合五禽戏训练对精神分裂症患者精神症状及社会功能的治疗效果。方法将136例康复期精神分裂症患者随机均分为研究组和对照组,每组68例。对照组采用常规治疗及训练方法,而研究组在对照组治疗方法的基础上联合针刺及五禽戏训练,两组均治疗6个月。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、阳性症状评定量表(SAPS)、阴性症状评定量表(SANS)、住院精神病患者社会功能评定量表(SSPI)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分。结果与治疗前相比,两组治疗6个月时中医症候积分、SAPS评分、SANS评分、HAMD评分和HAMA评分均降低,SSPI评分升高(P<0.05);并且研究组上述各指标的改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合五禽戏训练可改善康复期精神分裂症患者的精神症状及社会功能。
Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with Wuqinxi training on the mental symptoms and social function in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 136 patients with schizophrenia in the recovery phase were randomly divided into the study group and control group,with 68 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received conventional treatment,while the patients in the study group accepted acupuncture combined with Wuqinxi training in addition to the conventional treatment.Both groups were treated for 6 months.The scores of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome,the Scale for the Assessment of Positive Symptoms(SAPS),the Scale for the Assessment of Negative Symptoms(SANS),the Social Functioning Scale for Inpatients with Psychosis(SSPI),the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA)and the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)between the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Compared with those before treatment,the scores of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome,SAPS,SANS,HAMD and HAMA were decreased in both groups,while the SSPI score was increased in the 6^(th)month after treatment(P<0.05).Moreover,the improvement degree of the above indicators in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Wuqinxi training can improve the mental symptoms and social function of patients with schizophrenia in the recovery phase.
