摘要
目的:分析康复训练结合心理护理对精神分裂症患者社会功能恢复的影响。方法:选择2024年1月—2024年12月的60例精神分裂症患者,以随机数表法划为2组,每组含30例,对照组采取常规干预,观察组加以康复训练+心理护理。对比两组阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、住院精神病人社会功能评定量表(SSPI)及依从性情况。结果:两组干预前的PANSS、SSPI评分差异不显著(P>0.05);干预后,观察组PANSS中一般精神病理、阳性与阴性症状评分以及SSPI评分均比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组的总依从性较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:给予精神分裂症患者康复训练结合心理护理具有积极效果,可有效改善患者的阳性与阴性症状,促进社会功能的提高,并可提高依从性。
Objective:To analyze the effect of rehabilitation training combined with psychological nursing on the social function recovery of patients with schizophrenia.Methods:Sixty patients with schizophrenia from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,while the observation group received rehabilitation training plus psychological nursing.The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS),Social Functioning Scale for Inpatients with Mental Disorders(SSPI),and compliance were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in PANSS and SSPI scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the general psychopathology,positive and negative symptom scores in PANSS,and SSPI scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Providing rehabilitation training combined with psychological nursing to patients with schizophrenia has a positive effect,which can effectively improve their positive and negative symptoms,promote the improvement of social function,and increase compliance.
