摘要
目的探究舞动疗法及虚拟现实技术对精神分裂症患者的康复效果。方法选取2021年1月~2023年1月本院收治的精神分裂症患者74例为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患者分为研究组与对照组各37例,对照组予以虚拟现实技术干预,研究组在对照组基础上联合予以舞动疗法干预,均干预3个月,比较两组阳性和阴性症状量表、卡尔加里精神分裂症抑郁量表(Calgary schizophrenia depression scale,CDSS-C)、威斯康星卡片分类测试、生活质量量表(Quality of life scale of patients with schizophrenia,SQLS)。结果研究组干预1个月后、干预3个月后阴性症状评分、一般精神病理症状评分、CDSS-C、精力动力、症状/副反应、心理社会及总分均低于对照组,SQLS评分完成分类数、持续性应答数、正确应答数均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舞动疗法及虚拟现实技术应用于精神分裂症患者可有效改善患者精神病性症状与抑郁症状,提高认知功能与生活质量,促进康复。
Objective To explore the effect of dancing therapy and virtual reality technology on the rehabilitation of schizophrenic patients.Methods Seventy-four patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected prospectively,and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was intervened by virtual reality technology,while the study group was intervened by dancing therapy on the basis of the control group.Both groups were intervened for 3 months.The scores of positive and negative symptom scale,Calgary schizophrenia depression scale(CDSS-C)and Wisconsin card were compared.Results The negative symptom score,general psychopathological symptom score,CDSS-C,energy motivation,symptoms/side effects,psychosocial and total score of the study group were lower than those of the control group after 1 month and 3 months of intervention,while the number of completed classifications,sustained responses and correct responses of SQLS score were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dancing therapy and virtual reality technology can effectively improve patients'mental symptoms and depressive symptoms,improve cognitive function and quality of life,and promote rehabilitation.
