摘要
低聚水溶性壳聚糖具有许多独特的生理活性.本文介绍了壳聚糖的制备及其应用研究进展,并提出了今后应着重研究的几个方面.
The lowmolecularweight watersoluble chitosan exhibits many unique biological activities.This paper reviews the research progress on preparation and application of chitosan and points out the some problems needed to solve from future study.
