摘要
蚕蛹中含有丰富的几丁质,是一种非常宝贵的可再生资源,具有多种生理和生物活性。对蚕蛹几丁质的性质、分离提取工艺及其在食品、医药、生物工程、日用化工、农业等领域的应用研究进展进行了综述,并对其应用开发前景进行了展望。
Chitin is rich in silkworm pupa. it is a valuable renewable resource and has a series of physiological and biological activities. This article reviews the propertities, separations technology of chitin from silkworm pupa and its utilization in the fields of food, medicine, industry, and agriculture. Research hotspot and exploitation future on chitin form silkworm pupa is also highlighted.
