摘要
本文针对基材聚丙烯应力发白现象,在保证材料机械性能的前提下,研究了聚丙烯种类、弹性体增韧剂种类以及添加量、聚乙烯的添加量、成核剂以及挤出工艺对改性聚丙烯材料应力发白程度的影响。研究结果表明添加均聚聚丙烯、两种不同类型的弹性体增韧剂复配、添加高密度聚乙烯、添加β成核剂以及应用分散效果好的挤出工艺时,聚丙烯的抗应力发白性能均会增加。
The article focuses on the stress whitening phenomenon of the base material PP.Under the premise of ensuring the mechanical properties of the material,it studies the effects of PP type,POE type and addition amount,PE addition amount,nucleating agent,and extrusion process on the degree of stress whitening.The research results show that the addition of homopolymer PP,two different types of POE,HDPE,β nucleating agent,and an extrusion process with good dispersion effect can enhance the stress whitening resistance of the material.
