摘要
根据前文[1]提出的聚合物共混体脆韧转变(BDT)的损伤竞争准数(Da)判据,研究了基体性能对BDT的影响,并将聚合物的本征脆韧转变尺寸与Vincent的σb~σy图进行了关联。在主要考虑测试温度对基体屈服应力影响的条件下,根据Da判据研究了BDT的温度效应,首次推导了临界脆韧转变温度与临界分散相含量、临界粒径和临界粒间距的关系。
The effects of the properties of the matrix polymers on the brittle ductile transition ( BDT ) of polymer blends and composites have been studied using the damage competition ( D a) mechanism. The results suggest that the properties of the matrix polymers play the major roles in the BDT of polymer blends. The intrinsic brittle ductile transition length of the some polymers, calculated according to D a mechanism, has well conformed the results from the Vincent diagram. Also, the brittle ductile transition temperature of polymer blends has been correlated with the morphology parameter of polymer blends both theoretically and experimentally.
