摘要
从原材料、模具设计以及注塑工艺方面分析导致聚丙烯(PP)材料成型后发白现象的原因。结果表明:材料配方中加入均聚PP和无规PP可以改善材料受应力时发白情况,模具设计以及注塑工艺也是造成材料应力发白的原因。汽车零部件应力发白情况须从多方面因素综合考虑来寻求解决。
The analyzed from raw causation of the stress white of modified polypropylene (PP) parts was material, mould design and injection process. The results show that the material added to homopolymer PP and atactic PP can improve the stress white of PP parts. The mould design and injection molding process are also the reasons of stress white of PP parts. In order to solve this question,three factors should be considered.
