汽车用玻纤增强再生聚丙烯材料应力发白研究 被引量:5

摘要 深入研究汽车用玻纤增强再生聚丙烯(PP)材料应力发白现象的配方基础,重点考察再生料、应力发白改善剂和色粉等因素。结果表明:在材料配方中适量添加与再生料基体相容性良好的应力发白改善剂,可显著缓解应力发白现象,同时结合均聚PP和色粉的优化处理也能有效降低应力发白效应。 The formula basis of stress-whitening phenomenon of fiber glass reinforced recycled polypropylene(PP) for automotive was studied.The factors such as recycled material,stress-whitening improvement agent and toner were investigated.The results show that the stress-whitening can be alleviated significantly by adding appropriate stress-whitening improver which has good compatibility with the recycled material matrix,and the stress-whitening effect can be reduced effectively by combining with the optimization treatment of homopolymer PP and toner.
