摘要
为提高空中交通流量管理效率,首先,定义大型终端区概念,并对高峰时段大型终端区场景下管制员工作负荷与进场航班排队队列预计等待时间的关系进行探究;其次,将排队论与空中交通流量管理相结合予以研究;最后,利用M/M/S模型对高峰时段大型终端区场景与各终端区分散管理的不同情形展开建模讨论。结果表明,在大型终端区管理场景下,该模型能在高峰时段有效降低进场航班等待时间,并减少管制员工作负荷,进而提高整体空中交通流量管理效率。
To enhance the efficiency of air traffic flow management,firstly,the concept of a large terminal area has been defined.Based on this,the study investigates the relationship between controller workload and the predicted queueing time for arriving flights during peak periods within large terminal area scenarios.Subsequently,queueing theory is integrated with air traffic flow management.Finally,an M/M/S model was employed to simulate and compare scenarios under large terminal area management versus decentralised terminal area management during peak periods.Results indicate that the large terminal area management approach effectively reduces both the waiting time for arriving flights and the workload of air traffic controllers during peak hours,thereby enhancing overall flow management efficiency.
