摘要
研究采用超级微波消解技术对土壤样品进行前处理,通过选择合适的消解体系,优化石墨炉原子吸收法的基体改进剂、灰化温度等工作参数,开发了基于超级微波消解技术结合石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定土壤铅含量的检测方法。方法在0.0~100μg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,检出限浓度为0.30μg/L,定量限浓度为0.89μg/L,回收率为94.0%~102.9%,精密度为1.6%~5.2%。方法准确高效、耗酸量低,节约环保。经验证,该方法对不同基质土壤标准物质的测定结果准确可靠,可为土壤重金属污染监测提供有效的补充检测手段。
The study adopted the super microwave digestion technology for the pretreatment of soil samples.By selecting an appropriate digestion system and optimizing working parameters of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry such as matrix modifier and ashing temperature,a method for the determination of lead in soil by super microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was established.The method had a good linear relationship within the concentration range of 0.0-100μg/L,with a detection limit of 0.30μg/L and a quantification limit of 0.89μg/L.The recovery rate was 94.0%-102.9%and the precision is 1.6%-5.2%.The method was accurate and efficient with less acid consumption,which was economical and environmentally friendly.It had been applied to determine different types of soil standard substances with good accuracy.It could provide a powerful method supplement for soil heavy metal pollution monitoring work.
