摘要
根据测定土壤中铅的不确定度为主的石墨炉原子吸收法,从标准物质、试样制备、校准曲线拟合、试样测定等多个方面深入分析了测定方法中不确定度的来源。对各不确定度分量进行计算,最终得出相对合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,综合评价了检测结果的可靠性以及各不确定度和扩展不确定度。本研究不仅为土壤中铅含量测定提供了科学准确的不确定度评定方法,还为提升理化检测质量控制水平提供了重要参考。
To assess how much of the lead in soil is uncertain by using atomic absorption spectrometry in a graphite furnace,the sources of uncertainty in this determination procedure are studied in detail,including aspects such as reference materials,sample preparation,calibration curve fitting,and sample determination.By correctly calculating each uncertainty component,and finally combining the relative combined standard uncertainty and increased uncertainty,the reliability of the test results is completely analyzed.This study not only provides a scientific and accurate method for evaluating the uncertainty in the determination of lead content in soil but also offers an important reference for improving the quality control level of physical and chemical testing.
