石墨炉测铅中氯离子的干扰与基体改进剂选择

摘要 利用石墨炉原子吸收法(GFAA)测定铅元素时,易受到氯离子的干扰。为了更准确地测定高氯样品中的铅元素含量,本文研究了几种常见的基体改进剂对GFAA法测定铅过程中的氯离子干扰的消除效果。实验结果表明,氯离子会显著降低吸光度信号,对测定铅含量产生负干扰,但添加1%浓度的磷酸氢二铵能够有效地消除干扰。该方法在实际样品分析过程中也具有显著效果。 The determination of lead element using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAA)is prone to interference from chloride ions.To obtain a more accurate measurement of lead content in high-chloride samples,this study investigated the elimination effects of several common matrix modifiers on the interference of chloride ions during the GFAA method for lead determination.The experimental results showed that chloride ions significantly reduced the absorbance signal and caused negative interference on the determination of lead content.However,adding 1%concentration of dihydrogen phosphate ammonium could effectively eliminate the interference.This method also has significant effects in the actual sample analysis process.
