摘要
阀门铸钢件多用于石油天然气等能源管线,关键区域经常有RT拍片要求。过去法兰根部的缩松缺陷通常在20%左右,需要通过去除缺陷后焊补的方式保证内部质量,成本较高。为了减少缩松缺陷,降低铸件返修成本,本文借助CAE模拟软件,并结合实际铸件缺陷情况,从铸件补缩过程分析缺陷产生的根本原因。通过分析、试验对比并发现,如果整个补缩系统冒口高度差很大,那关键区域就容易出现20%~30%左右的缩松缺陷,而冒口高度如果基本一致,那缩松缺陷则可以降低至2%以下,甚至生产出无缺陷铸件。因此,通过合理的工艺布局可以很大程度减少铸件的缩松缺陷,为生产高质量阀门铸件提供了理论依据和设计思路。
Valve steel castings are widely used in energy pipelines such as those for oil and natural gas,and radiographic testing(RT)film inspection is often required for critical areas.In the past,the incidence of shrinkage porosity defects at the root of flanges typically stood at around 20%,necessitating the removal of these defects followed by weld repair to ensure internal quality,which resulted in relatively high costs.In order to reduce shrinkage defects and reduce the cost of rework,this paper uses CAE simulation software and combines the actual casting defects to analyze the root causes of defects in the casting shrinkage process.Through analysis,experiment and comparison,it is found that if the entire system is to be compensated for the riser.If the height difference is large,the key area is prone to 20%~30%shrinkage defects,and if the riser height is basic.Consistently,the shrinkage defects can be reduced to below 2%,and even defect-free castings can be produced.Therefore,through reasonable process design,the shrinkage defects of castings can be greatly reduced,providing a theoretical basis for the production of highquality valve castings.and design ideas.
