摘要
铝合金中空结构件的内腔由砂芯成型,砂芯重心不稳会影响铸件壁厚均匀性,浇注时砂芯产生的气体易导致铸件出现针孔、气孔等缺陷。针对产品结构复杂、铸造成形困难等特点,详细论述了低压铸造工艺方案,包括浇道设计、分型结构、水冷系统、负压抽气、弹簧压芯、下芯方法及模具设计。生产验证表明,铸件刨切检验和X射线探伤结果均满足技术要求,为后续开发积累了宝贵经验。
The internal cavities of aluminum alloy hollow structural components are formed using sand cores.An unstable center of gravity in the sand core can affect the uniformity of casting wall thickness.Gases generated by the sand core during pouring readily cause defects such as pinholes and gas pores in the casting.Addressing the challenges of complex product geometry and difficult casting formation,this paper details a low-pressure casting process solution.Key aspects include runner design,gating structure,water-cooling system,vacuum extraction,spring-loaded core-holding,core-pulling methods,and mold design.Production validation demonstrates that both machining inspection and X-ray flaw detection results meet technical requirements,providing valuable experience for future development.
