下横梁铸造工艺研究与生产实践

摘要 分析了油压机下横梁的结构特点、常见的质量问题与制造难点,详细介绍了铸件工艺设计要点,从优化冒口补缩系统、科学布置冷铁、设置防裂筋与疏松层以及设计砂芯固定和排气专用系统等方面提出解决措施,形成合理的铸造工艺方案,并借助数值模拟验证方案可行性。实际生产结果表明:所设计的工艺成功制造出合格铸件,为同类大型箱体类铸钢件的铸造提供了切实可行的设计思路与实践参考。 This paper analyzes the structural characteristics,common quality issues and manufacturing challenges of the lower crossbeam for hydraulic presses,and elaborates on the key points of casting process design.Specific solutions are proposed from multiple technical dimensions:optimizing the riser feeding system to enhance shrinkage compensation effect,scientifically arranging chillers to regulate the solidification sequence,setting anti-crack ribs and porous layers to prevent casting defects,and designing dedicated systems for sand core fixing and venting to ensure molding stability.On this basis,a reasonable casting process scheme is formulated,and its feasibility is verified via numerical simulation.Actual production results indicate that the designed process has successfully produced qualified castings,which provides practical design ideas and engineering reference for the casting of similar large-scale box-type steel castings.
