摘要
分析了铸钢三通阀经常出现的裂纹、缩松、夹杂类缺陷及其形成原因,针对铸件结构和用途,结合生产实际,重点研究了铸件的铸造工艺、熔炼工艺及热处理工艺。通过采取一系列有效工艺措施,该铸件已成功生产,达到了提高铸件工艺技术水平的目的。
The crack, shrinkage porosity, inclusion defects in steel valve castings, and their forming causes were analyzed. Aimed at the casting structure and purpose, combined with the actual production, the casting process, melting process and heat treatment process for the casting were studied. By adopting a series of effective technological measures, the castings were successfully produced, so as to achieve its purpose to improve the technical level of casting process.
