摘要
新医科建设理念的提出为医学教育改革和人才培养提供了方向,也向高职药理学课程对创新型技术技能人才的培养提出了更高要求。作为新时代医学人才核心素养之一,创新精神在高职课堂中的培育路径有待探索。研究立足新医科背景下的高职药理学课程,在梳理相关国家政策文件和教育理论的基础上,分析当前课程在创新精神培育方面存在的问题,并从课程内容设计、教学方法创新和教学评价机制构建等方面提出创新精神培育路径。具体措施包括及时更新并丰富课程内容、融入医学领域前沿知识、采用研讨式和案例式等启发式教学方法及建立多元化的课程教学评价体系等。通过理论论证和路径探索,为新医科背景下高职药理学课程的教学改革提供有益借鉴,进而培养学生创造性思维,增强其实践操作与项目参与能力,培养能满足健康中国战略需求的高素质医药人才。
The proposal of the concept of New Medicine construction has provided a direction for medical education reform and talent cultivation,put forward higher requirements for higher vocational pharmacology courses in cultivating innovative technical and skilled talents as well.As one of the core competencies of medical talents in the new era,the cultivation path of innovative spirit in higher vocational classrooms needs to be explored.Based on higher vocational pharmacology courses under the background of New Medicine,this study sorts out relevant national policy documents and educational theories,analyzes the existing problems in the cultivation of innovative spirit in the courses,and proposes paths for cultivating innovative spirit from aspects such as course content design,teaching method innovation,and construction of teaching evaluation mechanisms.Specific measures include promptly updating and enriching course content,integrating cutting-edge knowledge in the medical field,adopting heuristic teaching methods such as seminar-style and case-based teaching,and establishing a diversified course teaching evaluation system.Through theoretical demonstration and path exploration,this study aims to provide useful references for the teaching reform of higher vocational pharmacology courses under the background of New Medicine,thereby cultivating students′creative thinking,enhancing their practical operation and project participation abilities,and training high-quality medical talents who can meet the needs of the Healthy China strategy.
