摘要
从智能制造的视角出发,分析了造纸企业生产数据采集面临的新要求,剖析了造纸企业在生产数据采集方面的特点与难点。在此基础上,提出了一种面向造纸企业的一体化物联网数据采集系统架构,从制浆造纸生产、制浆造纸装备设施、制浆造纸原辅料、纸制品营销服务等环节入手,构建起全流程、全要素的数据采集体系,为造纸企业的智能化升级提供数据支撑。
From the perspective of intelligent manufacturing,this paper analyzes the new requirements of production data collection in papermaking enterprises,and analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of production data collection in papermaking enterprises.On this basis,this paper proposes an integrated iot data acquisition system architecture for papermaking enterprises.Starting from pulping and papermaking production,pulping and papermaking equipment and facilities,raw materials and accessories for pulping and papermaking,and paper product marketing services,a whole-process and all-factor data acquisition system is constructed to provide data support for the intelligent upgrading of papermaking enterprises.
