摘要
在大数据时代背景下,造纸企业正面临市场竞争加剧、生产成本上升、质量要求提高等多重挑战。基于此,分析了国内外纸张贸易市场的概况,探讨了纸张贸易行业的发展趋势与所面临的挑战,并梳理智能运营管控平台建设的研究现状。基于对造纸企业智能运营管控平台构建的需求分析,明确了造纸企业的运营特点和数字化转型重点,制订了平台构建的基本目标,从而提出基于大数据分析的造纸企业智能运营管控平台的构建策略,以期为造纸企业在大数据背景下的平台建设提供理论支持和实践指导,助力企业实现数字化转型和智能化发展。
In the context of the big data era,paper companies are facing multiple challenges such as intensified market competition,rising production costs,and increased quality requirements.This article analyzes the overview of domestic and international paper trade markets,explores the development trends and challenges faced by the paper trade industry,and reviews the current research status of intelligent operation and control platform construction.Based on the demand analysis for the construction of an intelligent operation and control platform for papermaking enterprises,the operational characteristics and digital transformation priorities of papermaking enterprises have been clarified,and the basic goals of platform construction have been formulated.Therefore,a strategy for constructing an intelligent operation and control platform for papermaking enterprises based on big data analysis has been proposed.Through the research in this article,theoretical support and practical guidance are provided for the platform construction of papermaking enterprises in the context of big data,helping them achieve digital transformation and intelligent upgrading.
