摘要
文章从优化营商环境视域出发,揭示重整制度在中小纺织企业破产重整中的作用,从适用范围、执行过程、信用修复等方面梳理中小纺织企业破产重整的困境与难点,结合中小纺织企业实际现状,探索如何有效运用破产重整方式促进中小纺织企业可持续发展,为推动中小纺织企业破产重整提出参考建议。
From the perspective of optimizing the business environment,this paper reveals the role of reorganization system in the bankruptcy reorganization of small and medium-sized textile enterprises.The difficulties of bankruptcy and reorganization of small and medium-sized textile enterprises are sorted out from the aspects of application scope,implementation process and credit restoration.Combined with the actual situation of small and medium-sized textile enterprises,how to effectively use bankruptcy and reorganization to promote the sustainable development of small and medium-sized textile enterprises is explored,and some reference suggestions are put forward to promote the bankruptcy and reorganization of small and medium-sized textile enterprises.
