摘要
针对企业社会责任开发针对性较强的闭环供应链合作模式,已经成为未来我国造纸产业发展的重要方向。对造纸企业闭环供应链的运行现状进行总结,从造纸企业、合作企业、基础物流体系等角度分析了造纸企业闭环供应链模式普遍存在的问题,基于造纸企业社会责任视角构建了一种闭环供应链合作模式。该模式包含了造纸产业原材料供应商、造纸企业、品牌商等主体,可以在提升造纸企业运作效率的同时,满足企业履行社会责任的更高需求。
In view of corporate social responsibility,the development of a well-targeted closed-loop supply chain cooperation model has become an important direction for the future development of China's paper industry.This paper summarizes the operation status of the closed-loop supply chain of papermaking enterprises,analyzes the common problems in the closed-loop supply chain mode of papermaking enterprises from the perspectives of papermaking enterprises,cooperative enterprises and basic logistics system,and constructs a closed-loop supply chain cooperation mode based on the social responsibility perspective of papermaking enterprises,which includes raw material suppliers,papermaking enterprises,brand owners and other main players in the papermaking industry.It can improve the operation efficiency of paper enterprises and meet the higher needs of enterprises to fulfill social responsibility.
