摘要
目的探讨标准化流程在医疗废物分类收集与处置管理中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月至2024年12月某三级甲等医院42个临床科室为研究对象,2023年1月-12月实施常规管理流程(常规管理组),2024年1月-12月实施标准化管理流程(标准化管理组),比较两组医疗废物分类准确率、包装规范合格率、收集转运时效达标率。结果标准化管理组分类准确率、包装规范合格率、收集转运时效达标率均高于常规管理组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论标准化流程能有效提升医疗废物分类收集与处置管理质量,规范操作行为,保障医疗安全。
Objective To explore the application effect of standardized processes in the classification,collection,and disposal management of medical waste.Method 42 clinical departments of a tertiary hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects.The routine management process(routine management group)was implemented from January to December 2023,and the standardized management process(standardized management group)was implemented from January to December 2024.The accuracy of medical waste classification,packaging specification qualification rate,and collection and transportation timeliness compliance rate were compared between the two groups.Result The classification accuracy,packaging specification qualification rate,and collection and transportation timeliness compliance rate of the standardized management group were higher than those of the conventional management group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized processes can effectively improve the quality of medical waste classification,collection,and disposal management,standardize operational behavior,and ensure medical safety.
