摘要
采用统计学分析,研究2016—2018年南京市6个区基层医疗机构医疗废物处置工作标化分的变化趋势,并比较各年份、各区域之间的差异。结果显示,2016年与2017年相比,以及2017年与2018年相比,南京市6个区基层医疗机构医疗废物处置工作标化分差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2016—2018年,南京市基层医疗机构的医疗废物处置能力逐年显著提高;高淳区基层医疗机构在6个区医疗废物处置工作中做得最好;医疗废物处置中“使用专用包装物及容器”这项工作提高最多;后期仍需加强“医院污水经消毒处理并开展监测”这项工作的管理。
Using statistical analysis,the change trend of standard scores of medical waste disposal in six districts of Nanjing was investigated,and the differences between different years and districts were compared.It was showed that the differences from 2016 to 2017 and from 2017 to 2018 in the standard scores of medical waste disposal in primary medical institutions in the six districts of Nanjing were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall capacity of medical waste disposal in primary medical institutions in Nanjing had been improved significantly year by year.In particular,Gaochun district did the best in the medical waste disposal among the six districts.Among the survey items on the medical waste disposal,“using special packaging and containers”had been improved the most,“disinfection treatment and monitoring of hospital sewage”still needed to be strengthened in the future.
