摘要
目的探究消毒供应室护士手卫生管理中应用PDCA循环的效果。方法选取白河县人民医院消毒供应室的8名护理人员为研究对象,2023年7—12月开展常规护理管理(常规组),2024年1—6月开展PDCA循环管理(PDCA组)。比较两组的手卫生依从性、器械管理情况、工作质量。结果PDCA组手卫生依从性高于常规组。PDCA组消毒灭菌、物资发放、清洁合理、包装规范评分为(9.42±0.29)分、(9.41±0.39)分、(9.55±0.42)分、(9.60±0.37)分,均高于常规组的(9.02±0.34)分、(9.01±0.16)分、(9.05±0.30)分、(9.12±0.29)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.532,2.684,2.740,2.888;P均<0.05)。PDCA组的操作能力、专业知识、主动性和责任心评分均高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理可以提高消毒供应室护理人员的手卫生依从性,改善器械管理情况及工作质量。
Objective To explore the effect of applying the PDCA cycle in hand hygiene management of nurses in Disinfection Supply Room.Methods Eight nursing staff members from the Disinfection Supply Room of Baihe County People's Hospital were selected as the research subjects.Routine nursing management was carried out from July to December 2023(conventional group),and PDCA cycle management was conducted from January to June 2024(PDCA group).Compared the hand hygiene compliance,instrument management and work quality of the two groups.Results The hand hygiene compliance of the PDCA group was higher than that of the conventional group.The scores of disinfection and sterilization,material distribution,reasonable cleaning and standardized packaging in the PDCA group were 9.42±0.29,9.41±0.39,9.55±0.42 and 9.60±0.37 respectively,higher than 9.02±0.34,9.01±0.16,9.05±0.30 and 9.12±0.29 of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.532,2.684,2.740,2.888;all P<0.05).The scores of operational ability,professional knowledge,initiative and sense of responsibility in the PDCA group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle management can enhance the hand hygiene compliance of nursing staff in the disinfection supply room,improve the management of instruments and the quality of work.
