摘要
目的分析PDCA在我院医疗垃圾管理中的应用效果。方法以我院30个科室为研究对象,统计其2018年1~12月未实施PDCA管理前,各科室的医疗垃圾处置合格率,并统计其2019年1~12月实施了PDCA管理后,各科室的医疗垃圾处置合格率。对比PDCA管理实施前后,各科室的医疗垃圾处置合格率,据此评估PDCA管理在医疗垃圾管理中的应用效果。结果PDCA管理实施后,我院各科室的医疗垃圾处置合格率,均显著高于实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医疗垃圾管理过程中引入并应用PDCA管理模式,能够显著提高院内各科室的医疗垃圾处置合格率,在提高医疗垃圾管理质量中具有重要的意义。
Objective To analyze the application effect of PDCA in medical waste management of our hospital.Methods Taking 30 departments of our hospital as the research object,the qualified rate of medical waste disposal in each department before PDCA management from January 2018 to December 2018 was counted,and the qualified rate of medical waste disposal in each department after PDCA management from January 2019 to December 2019 was counted.Compare the qualified rate of medical waste disposal before and after the implementation of PDCA management,so as to evaluate the application effect of PDCA management in medical waste management.Results After the implementation of PDCA management,the qualified rate of medical waste disposal in each department of our hospital was significantly higher than that before the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of medical waste management,the introduction and application of PDCA management mode can significantly improve the qualified rate of medical waste disposal in each department of the hospital,which is of great significance in improving the quality of medical waste management.
