摘要
目的基于医院药师核心能力构建营养药师培训体系,为培养高素质营养药师提供科学依据和实践指导。方法通过文献调研、质性研究方法了解营养药师实践现状,提取培训体系的指标池,采用德尔菲法对初步拟定的营养药师培训体系进行验证和修订。结果构建的营养药师培训体系涵盖职业素养、专业知识、专业技能、批判性思维和职业发展5个培训模块,共16个培训主题和36个培训内容,并确定了每个培训模块的培训与考核方式。结论本研究构建的基于医院药师核心能力的营养药师培训体系具有较高的科学性和实用性,能够通过灵活多样的培训方式和考核机制,提升学员的实践能力和综合素质,为临床药师培训提供了一个系统化的参考框架。
Objective To construct a nutrition pharmacist training system based on the core competencies of hospital pharmacists and provide scientific basis and practical guidance for cultivating high-quality nutrition pharmacists.Methods Through literature review and qualitative research methods,current practice status of nutrition pharmacists was understood and the indicator pool of the training system was extracted.Delphi method was used to validate and revise the preliminary proposed nutrition pharmacist training system.Result Training system covers five training modules:professional competence,professional knowledge,professional skills,critical thinking and career development.There are a total of 16 training themes and 36 training contents,and the training and assessment methods for each training theme have been determined.Conclusion The nutrition pharmacist training system based on the core competencies of hospital pharmacists constructed in this study has high scientificity and practicality.It can improve the practical ability and comprehensive quality of students through flexible and diverse training methods and assessment mechanisms,providing a systematic reference framework for clinical pharmacist training.
