摘要
在开放科学环境下,学术交流生态系统的结构发生变革,学术图书馆的角色也随之产生了变化。探究开放科学环境下学术图书馆角色的演变,有助于其在时代变革中实现价值重塑。运用生态学和学术交流理论,分析学术交流生态系统的结构与内容变革,并在此基础上诠释学术图书馆角色演变的驱动因素及其主要内容。进一步明确开放科学的演进对学术图书馆发展的影响,跟踪和关注学术图书馆的角色和职能演变,思考和总结其在开放科学环境中的核心能力建设策略,以便学术图书馆在新型学术交流生态系统中打造与用户在开放科学环境下的价值共创路径和平衡机制,提升工作效率,深化知识服务,优化用户体验。
In the open science environment,the structure of the academic ecosystem communication system has undergone changes,and the role of academic libraries has also changed accordingly.Exploring the evolution of the role of academic libraries in an open science environment can help them reshape their value in the changing times.Based on the theory of ecology and academic communication,this paper analyzes the structure and content change of the academic communication ecosystem,and explains the driving factors and main contents of the role evolution of academic libraries.It further clarifi es the impact of the evolution of open science on the development of academic libraries,tracks and pays attention to the role and function evolution of academic libraries,considers and summarizes their core competency building strategies in the open science environment,so that academic libraries can create a value co-creation path and balance mechanism with users in the new academic ecological exchange system in the open science environment,bringing higher effi ciency,deeper knowledge services,and better user experience.
