摘要
目的 了解我国临床药师培训基地培训创新现状,分析临床药师培训的创新内容,探讨培训创新与基地特征的关系,为提升临床药师培训质量提供依据。方法 收集临床药师培训基地调研数据,通过Mann-Whitney U检验比较创新方法培训组与标准方法培训组在获批年限、基地容量和教学演示得分的差异,并运用内容分析法从管理创新、方法创新和技术创新3个方面提取创新内容。结果 共纳入调研基地297家,其中创新方法培训组43家,标准方法培训组254家。创新方法培训组和标准方法培训组基地获批年限和教学演示得分M(P_(25),P_(75))分别为14(11,17)分,10(7,13)分和9(8,9)分,8(6,9)分,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。管理创新、方法创新和技术创新的基地分别有13、20和10家。结论 我国临床药师培训基地的培训创新仍处于探索阶段,培训创新与基地经验积累有关,建议构建国家级交流平台促进创新成果交流,推动培训质量同质化发展。
Objective To investigate the current situation of training innovation in clinical pharmacist training bases in China,analyze the innovative content of clinical pharmacist training,explore the relationship between training innovation and base characteristics,and provide a basis for improving the quality of clinical pharmacist training.Methods A crosssectional survey method was adopted to collect survey data from clinical pharmacist training bases.The MannWhitney Utests was used to compare the differences in approval years,base capacity,and teaching demonstration scores between the innovative method training group and the standard method training group.Content analysis was applied to conduct analysis from management innovation,method innovation,and technological innovation.Results A total of 297 survey bases were included,among which 43 belonged to the innovative method training group and 254 to the standard method training group.The medians of approval years and teaching demonstration scores[M(P_(25),P_(75))]in the innovative method training group and the standard method training group were 14(11,17)points vs 10(7,13)points and 9(8,9)points vs 8(6,9)points,respectively(P<0.01).There were 13,20,and 10 bases with management innovation,method innovation,and technological innovation,respectively.Conclusion The exploration of training innovation in Chinese training bases is still in the embryonic stage.Training innovation is significantly correlated with the accumulation of base experience.It is necessary to construct a nationallevel exchange platform to promote the communication of innovative achievements and drive the homogeneous development of training quality.
