摘要
目的基于中医体质学说探讨婴儿湿疹发病与患儿父母体质的相关性,同时分析湿疹患儿的中医体质分布规律。方法随机收集2021年5月—2022年4月在上海市松江区妇幼保健院出生的、胎龄37~42周的226例新生儿及其父母为研究对象。新生儿出生时调查父母体质情况,随后分别在新生儿6、12月龄时调查婴儿湿疹患病情况,并针对湿疹患儿进行体质调查。分析父母中医体质与婴儿湿疹发病率的相关性,以及湿疹患儿中医体质分布规律。结果226例婴儿中,共有70例罹患婴儿湿疹。父母一方或双方为特禀质的婴儿中,共有38例患婴儿湿疹,占总患病率的54.29%(38/70)。特禀质(25.71%,18/70)、平和质(21.43%,15/70)和阴虚质(20.00%,14/70)是婴儿湿疹高发体质。不同性别湿疹患儿中医体质类型分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论父母一方或双方主体质为特禀质,其后代更易患婴儿湿疹。湿疹患儿的中医体质主要为特禀质、平和质和阴虚质。
Objective To explore the correlation between the incidence rate of infant eczema and the constitution of their parents based on the constitution theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),as well as the distribution law of the constitution of infants with eczema in Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 226 newborns born in Songjiang District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2021 to April 2022 were randomly collected,and the gestational age was 37-42 weeks.The parents’constitution questionnaire was conducted at birth,followed by a return visit at the age of 6 and 12 months to analyze the infant eczema incidence,and to investigate the constitution of infants with eczema.The correlation between parents’TCM constitution and the incidence of infant eczema and the distribution law of TCM constitution in infants with eczema was analyzed.Results Out of 226 infants,a total of 70 had infant eczema.There were 38 cases of eczema where one or both of their parents had an allergic constitution,accounting for 54.29%(38/70)of the total eczema incidence rate.Allergic constitution(25.71%,18/70),harmony constitution(21.43%,15/70),and yin deficiency constitution(20.00%,14/70)are the high-risk constitutions for infant eczema.There was no significant difference in the distribution of TCM constitution types among infants with eczema of different genders(P>0.05).Conclusion If one or both parents have an allergic constitution,their offspring are more likely to suffer from eczema.The distribution of TCM constitution in infants with eczema mainly includes allergic constitution,harmony constitution,and yin deficiency constitution.
