摘要
目的:为了更好地防治小儿湿疹,找出本地区小儿湿疹的诱发因素,为防治小儿湿疹提供依据。方法:使用广州医学院第二附属医院变态反应科提供的变应原和山西太原药业公司生产的变应原溶媒,作皮内注射;以及使用瑞典法玛西亚公司的Un iCAP100型全自动分析仪及其Phad iatop、fx5E试剂盒,作血清荧光酶免疫检测。结果:①93例湿疹病例中,食物变应原皮试阳性39例占41.93%,吸入变应原皮试阳性41例占44.08%,食物变应原和吸入变应原均皮试阳性13例占13.97%。虾、蟹、咸水鱼、鸡蛋、牛奶、黄豆阳性均占30%以上,是食物中的主要变应原。螨、屋尘、野苋菜花粉、多价秋季花粉、蟑螂阳性均占40%以上,是吸入物中的主要变应原。②小年龄组以食物变应原阳性为主,大年龄组以吸入变应原性为主。③吸入变应原皮试阳性者Phad iatop血清学阳性检出46例,占85.18%,食物变原皮试阳性者fx5E血清学阳性检出45例,占86.53%。结论:湿疹患儿进行变应原的检测,可以找出湿疹的诱发因素,为预防和治疗湿疹提供依据有重要意义。
Objective： To find out the factor of reducing eczema in local area for providing foundation for immunotherapy for the prevention and treatment of eczema. Methods： Allergen provided by Allergy Laboratory of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College were used for intradermal injection. UniCAP 100 autoanalysis instrument, fx5E and Phadiatop reagent box were used for serum fluoroimmunoassay examination. Results：①The food allergen skin test positive rate was 41. 93%, the inhaled allergen skin test positive rate was 44. 08%, both of the food and inhaled allergen skin test positive rate was 13. 97% in 93 cases of eczema. Shrimp, crab, barracuda, egg, milk, and bean were found out as the most part of skin test positive food allergen. Acarid, house dust, wild amaranth vegetable pollen and cockroach were found out as the most part of skin test positive inhaled allergen. ②Food allergen is the main allergen in younger group of eczema and inhaled allergen was the main allergen in elder group of eczema. ③The Phadiatop positive rate was 85. 18% in the skin test positive group of inhaled allergen, the fx5E positive rate was 86. 53% in the skin test positive group of food allergen. Conclusion： The inducing factor of eczema can be found out by the detection of allergen, which providing the foundation for the prevention and immunotherapy of eczema and having important significance.
